We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have booked, fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, and manage any follow-up communications. In practice:
Booking and wedding details: kept for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
Payment information: handled securely by Stripe and retained according to their policies; we do not store full card details.
Marketing and communication preferences: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Analytics data (e.g., Google Analytics): kept in aggregated or anonymised form as per our analytics provider’s settings.
