Hospice Care Week
Purpose: Awareness for Hospice Care Week and Recruitment Promotion for Princess Alice Hospice
Princess Alice Hospice, a leading provider of specialist palliative care, commissioned Momentous Films to create a compelling video for Hospice Care Week. The film focused on the integral role of retail stores in supporting the hospice’s services. Over two days, our team visited several of the hospice’s charity shops, capturing interviews with both volunteers and staff. They shared heartfelt stories about their motivations, experiences, and the rewarding aspects of being part of the charity.
Through carefully crafted b-roll and interviews, the film highlights the vital connection between the retail operations and the care delivered to patients and families. This narrative not only celebrated the staff and volunteers but also aimed to inspire new recruits to join the organisation, ensuring the continuation of its impactful work.
The project included a teaser film, completed within one week, which premiered on Princess Alice Hospice’s social media channels during Hospice Care Week. The full-length film will offer a deeper exploration of the hospice’s mission and values.
